Thank you for your interest in job opportunities offered by IMI JU. The JU uses two main categories of staff, temporary agents and contract agents. The selection procedures governing staff selection are as follows:
Temporary Agent positions - Recruitment is always done via external selection procedures organised by IMI and all vacancies are published on our website. Please consult this section regularly for open vacancies and selections. When applying for vacant positions, please read the instructions carefully. When no vacancies are published, the JU will not treat any spontaneous applications for future positions.
Contract Agent positions - Contract agent recruitment is done on the basis of interviews with a selection panel. The JU may invite to interviews those candidates who have already successfully passed an EPSO selection test for the relevant function group (with valid status in the EPSO data base) and whose profile corresponds to the requirements of the vacant post.
Data protection - All personal data provided by applicants will be dealt with in compliance with Regulation (EC) N° 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2000 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data by the Community Institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data.
